Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire AI customer support company Cresta to integrate AI voice agents into customer calls and its Agentforce platform. The acquisition will connect Cresta's real-time conversation understanding with customer history stored in Salesforce while continuing to support existing contact-center platforms.
